
Creatio, a low-code enterprise CRM solution, has infused its latest platform update with AI. Creatio 8.3 “Twin” introduces generative AI agents, a unified interface for natural language conversations, and tools for creating and deploying AI agents.
The AI features are available with the update on June 25 at no additional cost to existing customers.
“With this release, we continue to expand our AI-native platform, placing unified, actionable, and composable AI automation at the very core of Creatio,” said Katherine Kostereva, Creatio’s chief executive officer, in a press release.
Creatio 8.3 adds and enhances AI elements
Like other enterprise CRM software offerings, Creatio already had some AI elements: natural language chats, automation, and recommendations. However, 8.3 reconfigures the interface to prioritize AI, introducing natural language responses with retrieval-augmented generation in response to any query. The AI interface also pulls in company-wide context.
The AI agents operate on both Creatio’s website and mobile app, and can integrate with Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
New AI agents roles in version 8.3 are:
- Sales (Account Research, Meeting Prep).
- Marketing (Content, Email Generation).
- Service (Customer Support).
- No-Code agents to help build and modify dashboards and reports.
For DevOps and IT, Creation 8.3 hardens governance and monitoring with enterprise-grade ALM and OAuth-based security.
“While others are still offering fragmented AI products and complex pricing models, we’ve taken a different path,” said Burley Kawasaki, global vice president of product marketing and strategy at Creatio, in a press release. “This release offers one platform, one experience, and one clear route to accelerated AI adoption and realizing real business value.”
Pros and cons of Creatio
TechRepublic named Creatio one of the best enterprise CRM software platforms for 2025. While companies vary in how they integrate AI — and it’s becoming more common to see generative AI add-ons within the base tier of a product, especially if the product already leans heavily on automation, Creatio’s pricing model stands out. Subscribers can pay for sales, marketing, or service modules individually. If necessary, they can choose tiered plans that grants access to the full platform.
On the other hand, some Creatio reviews said data uploads delay or stall, and noted limited functionality in the mobile app.
